The accommodation consists of a newly refurbished, comfortable, clean, airy, centrally heated small flat which comprises a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and power shower) plus lounge with adjacent small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave/grill. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided.

The fully self-contained flat has its own entrance, with all windows overlooking the gardens. There is off street parking.

The property is situated in the Crawley Ridge area of northern Camberley with easy and fast access to the A30, M3 and M25 and Farnborough, Bracknell , Camberley, Bisley, Lakeside Country Club and Frimley Park Hospital.

Tariff: Single night accommodation only charge is £49.50 per night for a maximum of two guests. Reduced rates may be negotiable for longer stays. If required , continental breakfast supplies for your stay can be provided on request at a charge of £7.50 per person per night.
